The Legacy

At Galena Foodie Adventures, we believe food connects people — and so does giving back. Starting in 2026, $2 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Iowa Donor Network, an organization that means a lot to me and my family.

In 2014, I lost my father, and was reminded of how quickly life can be taken from you. Through the Iowa Donor Network, we were able to help him give life to others — a powerful experience that left a lasting impact. This truly gave a new meaning to his legacy.

Not long after, I started a Culinary Club in high school to raise funds for the Iowa Donor Network. And now, years later, I’m proud to continue that tradition through Galena Foodie Adventures — combining my passion for food with my purpose to make a difference. I now live in Galena, but originally from Iowa I am reminded of where home is.

Every tour we host is about connection, community, and honoring life — one delicious bite at a time.

Thank you,
